Return Period You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused products.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
• An intact invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Invoice details are must to avail refunds.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
